To ensure a smooth refund process, please adhere to the following guidelines when reporting damages:

  • Please inspect the glass immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, inform the delivery personnel and note the damage on the delivery receipt.

2.2. Contact Us

  • Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged glass. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged glass, and any other relevant details.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your report and confirm the damage, we will process your refund or replacement as follows:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of confirmation.

3.2. Replacement Shipping

  • If you choose a replacement, we will ship the new glass to you within 7-10 business days from the date of confirmation.

4. Conditions and Exclusions

4.1. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will not be issued for damages reported beyond 48 hours after delivery.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued for damages caused by mishandling after delivery.
